MONROE - To increase safety belt use and reduce drunken driving, the Monroe Police Department and the Albany Police Department will mobilize for the statewide "Booze and Belts" campaign from Friday to Dec. 20.

The ultimate goal is to attain zero preventable traffic deaths in Wisconsin. Both departments will be out in force - day and night - to crack down on drunken drivers and unbelted motorists.
