MONROE - The Monroe High School prom is scheduled for May 2 in the school's gymnasium. This year's theme is "Arabian Nights."
Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. for students and spectators. The grand march is at 8:15 p.m.
Selection to the prom court is based on how much time students spent working to make the gym ready for prom.
Spectator tickets still are available at the door. The cost is $5.
Post-prom will be at StateLine Community Ice and Community Expo from midnight to 3 a.m. Any junior or senior can go to post-prom. Tickets are $4.
