MONROE - The 43rd annual Rock, Gem and Mineral Show, presented by The Badger Lapidary and Geological Society, Inc., is set for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10 at the Monroe Middle School, 1510 13th St.
Admission is free but donations will be accepted.
The event will include 10 dealers in minerals, fossils, gems and jewelry; speakers; educational exhibits; demonstrations; hourly door prizes; food; and pieces from around the world.
Activities for children will include fish pond, spinner game, and wandering "rock wizard" hands-on activity gem panning.
