MONROE - The Rock County Medical Examiner's office has released the identity of an Albany man who was killed in a traffic accident on Sunday.
The man was identified as Ralph E. Kottke, 58. Kottke was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident in which his vehicle left the road and entered a ditch in the 8800 block of County H, Town of Porter.
The results of Kottke's autopsy are still pending and his death remains under investigation by the Rock County Sheriff and Medical Examiner.
