Monday, Sept. 12

The Green County Land Use and Zoning Committee will meet at 3 p.m. in the county courthouse. Agenda items include discussion on code changes for campground requirements, septic requirements, nuisance ordinance and other possible ordinance changes.

The Lafayette County Executive, Rules and Legislative Committee will meet at 5 p.m. in the courthouse. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on changing the protocol for contractual workers.

The Lafayette County Building and Insurance Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the county board room. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on 2023 capital improvement projects. 

Tuesday, Sept. 13

The Audit Sub-committee of the Green County Human Services Board will meet at 1 p.m., in the government services building. Agenda items include a closed session and audit bills for payment.

The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet 5 p.m. in the sheriff’s office training room. Agenda items include the sheriff 2023 budget requests.

The Lafayette County Hospital Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the multipurpose building. Agenda items include replacement hospital discussion.

The Green County Tourism Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. in the courthouse. Agenda items include consideration of the 2023 budget.

The Green County Resolutions, Legislative and Judicial Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of an ordinance to modify county board meetings.

The Green County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. in the county courthouse. Agenda items include a rezoning of property from agriculture to industrial for Decatur Swiss Cheese Cooperative.

Wednesday, Sept. 14

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the Highway Dept. Conference Room. Agenda items include the 2023 Highway Budget.

The Black Hawk School District Building and Grounds Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Collaboration Room.

Thursday, Sept. 15

The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 5 p.m. in the county board room. Agenda items include the Finance Budget 2023.

The Green County Auditing, Bonds and Claims Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the finance conference room. Agenda items include a closed-session matter.
