The Green County Library Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Brodhead Memorial Public Library, 1207 25th St., Brodhead. Agenda items include updating the strategic plan and continuing discussion of goals for 2019-20.

The School District of Black Hawk will hold its budget hearing and annual meeting at 7 p.m. in the Black Hawk High School Commons, 202 E. Center St., South Wayne. Agenda items include review of proposed 2019-20 budget and resolution of tax levy for 2019-20. Following the hearing and meeting, a special meeting will be held in the same location to set the tax levy and adopt the budget. 

The Lafayette County Audit Committee will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the highway department conference room. Agenda items include bridge updates and discussion and possible action on employee updates.

The Lafayette County Audit Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the Lafayette County clerk’s office. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on the audit of county bills.

Tuesday, October 29

The Green County Board of Adjustment Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board Room, Green County Courthouse, 1016 16th Ave., Monroe. Agenda items include traveling to multiple locations to make inspections and/or field visits for hearings.

Wednesday, October 30

The Green County Board of Adjustment Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the County Board Room of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include four public hearings related to applications for premises visited on Oct. 29.

Thursday, October 31

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Town Bank, Community Room Lower Level, 1581 Wisconsin Hwy 81, Darlington. Agenda items include information on the Care Act and on the Credit for Caring Act, as well as information and possible action on unmet needs information gathering.
