The Blackhawk Technical College Finance Committee will meet at 4 p.m. in the Student Success Center, Room 2201, 6004 S. County Rd. G, Janesville. Agenda items include reviewing the September 2019 financial report and action on establishing the mill rate and tax levy for fiscal year 2019-20.

The Blackhawk Technical College Board will meet at 5 p.m. in the Student Success Center. Agenda items include finance committee recommendations and a review of a new board policy on campus security. 

The City of Monroe Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners will meet at 5:15 p.m. at the City Hall Community Center, 1110 18th Ave. (Lower Level), Monroe. Agenda items include an updates on recreation programs and on recent park maintenance and improvement projects.

The New Glarus Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall Board Room, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include discussion and consideration on the library building project and on the 2020 village budget.
