The City of Monroe Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 1110 18th Ave. Agenda items include review of and recommendation to approve Andrew Kranig’s General Development Plan. There will also be review of and action on his Specific Implementation Plan. This item will include a public hearing.

The Green County Health Committee will meet at 4:15 p.m. in conference room #112 of the Government Services Building, N3152 Wisconsin 81, Monroe. Agenda items include an update on the Women Infant Children (WIC) program and information/discussion/action on the health officer report.

The Darlington Community School District Finance Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Meeting Room of Darlington Elementary/Middle School, 11630 Center Hill Rd., Darlington. Agenda items include review and audit of monthly expenditures.

The Darlington Community School District Technology Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the Board Meeting Room of Darlington Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include discussion and recommendation regarding new phone system and on webpage options.

The Village of New Glarus Parks and Recreation Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the Village Hall Board Room, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include consideration and discussion on Candy Cane Park improvements and on Parks and Recreation fees for 2020.

The Lafayette County Planning and Zoning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the Lafayette County Courthouse- UW Extension Lobby, 627 Washington St., Darlington. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on a public hearing regarding a special exception/variance and on a land division ordinance violation.

The Brodhead School Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the District Office Board Room, 2501 W. 5th Ave. Agenda items include a standardized test presentation and the review and appointment of Don Buchanan as new board member to vacant seat.

The School District of Juda Finance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Juda School Learning Commons, N2385 Spring St., Juda.

The Darlington Community School District Curriculum Committee will meet at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Meeting Room of Darlington Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include discussion and recommendation regarding high school social studies.

The Juda School Board will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. in the Juda School Learning Commons. Agenda items include discussion/action on referendum updates and adjournment into executive session, followed by reconvening to open session with possible action.


Thursday, November 14

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the Highway Dept. Conference Room, Lafayette County Hwy Dept, 12016 Hill St., Darlington. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on bridge updates and on winter maintenance updates.

The Green County Pleasant View Nursing Home Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the lower level conference room of Pleasant View Nursing Home, N3150 WI-81, Monroe. Agenda items include the operations report and the financial report.

The Green County Aging & Disability Advisory Committee will meet at 1 p.m. in Lower-Level Meeting Room 1 of the Government Services Building, N3152 State Rd. 81, Monroe. Agenda items include approval of the specialized transportation funding plan and the ADRC supervisor report.

The Town of Sylvester Public Annual Budget Meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the Sylvester Town Hall, N4505 Wis. 59, Albany. It will be followed by the regular monthly meeting. 

The Green County Solid Waste Management Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the Green County Solid Waste Management Office, located at the landfill, W2002 County SS, Brodhead. Agenda items include an update on landfill operations and discussion and possible action on new credit card system. 


Friday, November 15

The Green County Auditing, Bonding and Claims Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the finance conference room of Green County Courthouse, 1016 16th Ave., Monroe. Agenda items include a closed session on the subject of auditing client-specific bills for payment, followed by possible action in open session.
