The Lafayette County Ag and Extension Education Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the county courthouse. Agenda items include a presentation by Shullsburg FFA youth and an update on mental health matters. 

The Monroe Redevelopment Authority will meet at 4 p.m. at City Hall. Agenda items include discussion on a possible partnership with Habitat for Humanity and review of a local revolving loan fund draft.

The Green County Health Committee will meet at 4:15 p.m. at Government Services Building. Agenda items include the health officer report, including monthly statistics and potential impact on Green County from the state department budget.

The Monroe Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. at City Hall. Agenda items include consideration of conditional use permit extension for Minhas Craft Brewery and review of a concept plan from Monroe Truck Equipment.

The Brodhead School District Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the district office. Agenda items include discussion of the board member replacement process and acceptance of donations.

The Lafayette County Fair Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the multi purpose building. Agenda items include discussion on electrical improvements and 4-H leaders. 

Thursday, May 9

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 7:30 a.m. at the department. Agenda items include discussion on bridge updates and equipment updates, including the commissioner’s Durango.

The Lafayette County Joint Finance and Human Resource Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the county courthouse. Agenda items include discussion on the cost and timeline of refilling the human services executive secretary position and closed session consideration of employment or performance evaluation data of a public health nurse.

The Lafayette County Finance Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. at the county courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of the 2018 audit results and the budget overage process.

The Green County Aging & Disability Advisory Committee will meet at 1 p.m. at Government Services Building. Agenda items include the crisis stabilization grant and a report from the aging programs coordinator.

The Monroe Senior Citizens Board will meet at 3:30 p.m. at Behring Senior Center. Agenda items include the coordinator’s report and discussion on exercise instructors.

The New Glarus Ad Hoc Facilities Committee will meet at 4 p.m. at Village Hall. Agenda items include discussion of the Village Hall condition assessment and space needs analysis report by Dimension IV.
