• The City of Monroe Public Safety Committee will meet at 5 p.m. city hall. Agenda items include discussion and possible take action on a proposal to change the parking management plan for the downtown district.

• The Monroe Main Street Design Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. on the first floor of the library. Agenda items include "amenities" for the Square.

• The Village of Blanchardville Finance, License & Insurance Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at the village hall. Agenda items include recommend license approvals.

• The Village of Blanchardville Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include Resolution 2009-02 to accept recreation plan and submit it to the Department of Natural Resources.

• The Albany Street and Utility Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the village hall. Agenda items include a 2009 street update.

• The New Glarus School District Board will meet in a special session 7 to 10 p.m. in the high school library. Agenda items include board ethics and confidentiality, as currently described in Policy (section II-1.12).

TUESDAY, MARCH 3

• The Monroe Main Street Promotion Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in Turner Hall. Agenda items include streetscape strategies.

• The City of Monroe Community Improvement Committee will meet at 6:20 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include updates regarding agreement for operational services with Green County Humane Society in conjunction with possible sale of land in Honey Creek Business & Industrial Park and possible take action.

• The Village of New Glarus Personnel/Finance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the boardroom at the village hall. Agenda items include consideration of amendments to personnel handbook.

• The City of Monroe Salary & Personnel Committee will meet at 6:35 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include review current job description for city administrator and possibly take action.

• The City of Monroe Finance & Taxation Committee will meet at 6:55 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include discuss and recommend to Council to approve a resolution providing for the sale of $1,775,000 water system revenue refunding bonds.

• The Village of New Glarus Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the village hall. Agenda items include consideration of resolution 09-05/Reserve Fund Policy-Debt Policy.

• The City of Monroe Common Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include a public hearing on ordinance creating Chapter 5 of Title 7 of the Monroe City Code: Outdoor burning, open burning, and burning of refuse.

• The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the basement conference room in the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of interest and penalty against Forum.

• The Darlington School District Curriculum Committee will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the board room. Agenda items include a discussion with Mary Larson regarding her daughter.

• The Darlington Community School District Board will meet at 8 p.m. in the board room at the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include a review of the DEMS boilers.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4

• The Village of New Glarus Informal Administrative Committee will meet at 8:30 a.m. at the village hall. Agenda items include update WWTP expansion project.

• The Housing Authority for the City of Monroe will meet at 4 p.m. in the community room at Churchill Woods Apartments, 800 13th Ave. Agenda items include future capital funds changes.

• The New Glarus School District Negotiations Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. at the high school. Agenda items include a closed session to conduct negotiations with the New Glarus Education Support Personnel.

• The Darlington School District High School Principal Search Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the board room at the Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include candidates for high school principal position.

• The Green County Agriculture and Extension Education Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Government Services Building in the Pleasant View Complex. Agenda items include an update about a summer position.

THURSDAY, MARCH 5

• The City of Monroe Salary & Personnel Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include a closed session to discuss negotiating strategy for collective bargaining with WPPA (dispatchers).

• The Darlington School District High School Principal Search Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the board room at the Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include candidates for high school principal position.

• The Green County Land Conservation Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the USDA office, 1627 Fourth Ave. W. Agenda items include farmland preservation agreement application.
