The Green County Health Committee will meet at 4:15 p.m. at Green County Public Health, N3152 Wisconsin 81, Monroe. Agenda items include a presentation on Wisconsin lead Safe Homes Program and a potential partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. 

The City of Monroe Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1110 18th Ave. Agenda items include a concept plan review of Walmart SIP proposed changes. 

The Brodhead School District will meet at 7 p.m. in the District Office board room. Agenda items include closed session for teacher negotiations and to select scholarship recipients.

The Darlington Community School District Finance Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the board meeting room at the Darlington Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include a review and audit of monthly expenditures.

The Village of New Glarus Parks & Recreation Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the village hall board room, 319 2nd St. Agenda items include a recommendation for exclusive use of the village park for library kid’s obstacle course event May 16 and discussion and consideration for an extension of the snowmobile route on the Sugar River Trail.

The Blackhawk Technical College Board Appointment Committee will meet at 3 p.m. at the college in the board room, 6004 S. County G, Janesville. The meeting will be a public hearing to review candidate applications for the board.

The Green County Solid Waste Management Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the Green County Solid Waste Management Office. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on the landfill manager’s wages and benefits.

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the highway department conference room. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on bridge, employee and equipment updates.

The City of Monroe Salary and Personnel Committee will meet at 1 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1110 18th Ave. Agenda items include closed session for the negotiation and bargaining strategy related to the WPPA contract. 

The City of Monroe Common Council will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1110 18th Ave. Agenda items include closed session to review city administrator candidates. 

The City of Monroe Senior Citizens Board will meet at 3:30 p.m. at the Behring Senior Center, 1113 10th St. Agenda items include the wellness specialist and program coordinators report and a building update.
