Tuesday, June 6

The Village of New Glarus Personnel/Finance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include discussion of consideration of village claims.

The Monroe Finance and Taxation Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include a donation request from the American Legion and action on a claim of Herschel Jackson Jr.

The Monroe Salary and Personnel Committee will meet at 6:40 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include consideration of a recommendation from Utilities Supervisor Mike Kennison to increase the wage of Operator in Training for the Wastewater Division from $19.42 per hour to $19.56 hourly.

The Monroe License Committee will meet at 6:50 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include applications for temporary Class B beverage licenses to ARC of Green County for the annual hot air balloon rally and to Main Street Monroe in conjunction with Concerts on the Square.

The Monroe Common Council will meet at 7 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include discussion of land purchase for possible Tax Increment District 9 near Monroe Clinic Hospital and review of a feasibility report from Ehlers and Associates, Inc. regarding the possibility of making the newly acquired parcel along Wisconsin 81 and County N into Tax Increment District 9.

The Village of New Glarus Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include discussion of preliminary engineering work for Softball Field at Veteran's Park and swearing in of new police officer Justin Hutter.

The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the first-floor conference room, Green County Courthouse, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of resolutions regarding a human resources position and fund transfers.

The Lafayette County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the county board room at the Lafayette County Courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of resolutions regarding personnel positions.



Wednesday, June 7

The Monroe Housing Authority will meet at 10 a.m. in the community room of Churchill Woods Apartments, 800 13th Avenue, Monroe. Agenda items include a recommendation on lobby furniture and three new policies regarding occupancy rights, an emergency transfer plan and comfort/companion dogs.

The Green County Agriculture and Extension Education Committee will meet at 12:30 p.m. in the Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St., Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of an update on UW-Extension reorganization.

The Albertson Memorial Library Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Albertson Memorial Library, 200 N. Water St., Albany.



Thursday, June 8

The Green County Land and Water Conservation Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the USDA Service Center, 1627 4th Ave. West, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of manure storage inspection, livestock siting ordinances and adopting a moratorium on CAFOs.

The City of Monroe Common Council will meet at noon at David James Financial Group office, 1129 17th Avenue, Monroe, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. No official business will be acted on but a majority of the members of the Common Council and various committees of the City of Monroe may be present.

The Senior Citizens Board will meet at 3:30 p.m. at the Behring Senior Center lobby. Agenda items include exterior building signage and selection of a name for the center's new promotional YouTube show.

The Green County Solid Waste Management Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the Green County Solid Waste Management office. Agenda items include discussion of purchasing a new semi-tractor and update on Revolution Plastics.



Wednesday, June 14

The Green County Audit Subcommittee of the Human Services Board will meet at 10:30 a.m. in the second-floor conference room, Government Services Building, Pleasant View Complex, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of client specific bills in closed session, reconvening in open session.
