The Lafayette County Executive, Rules & Legislative Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the county board room. Agenda items include discussion of a county handbook policy addition on performance improvement plans.

The Green County Local Emergency Planning Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at Industrial Combustion, 351 21st St., Monroe. Agenda items include nomination of new member Green County Sheriff Jeff Skatrud and review of the Hazardous Material Strategic Plan.

The Monroe School Board will meet at 6 p.m. at the district administrative center. Agenda items include election of a temporary chair and interview questions for a potential new board member. 

The New Glarus Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Village Hall. Agenda items include discussion of the building project and financial reports.

Thursday, June 20

The Green County Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet at 7:30 a.m. at Mosher & associates, 513 1st St., New Glarus. Agenda items include staff updates and a presentation from Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.

The Green County Traffic Safety Commission will meet at 1 p.m. at the county sheriff’s department. Agenda items include a presentation by Better Brodhead and possible reduction of a speed limit at Wisconsin 39 and Klitzke Rd.

Monday, June 24

The Lafayette County Manor and Hospital Committees will meet jointly at 4 p.m. at the hospital. Agenda items include discussion of future vision for health care in the county and review of site surveys.

Tuesday, June 25

The Green County Board of Adjustment will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the county courthouse. Agenda items include on-site hearings for conditional use permits in the Town of Decatur and Town of Spring Grove and a hearing for a hemp processing and extracting business in the Town of New Glarus.
