The Monroe School District Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the district administrative center. Agenda items include a closed session to consider a personnel issue.

Tuesday, July 27

The City of Monroe Visitor & Promotion Board will meet at 11:30 a.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include Monroe Trail Head Committee funding request for parking area and rest stop on Badger State Trail.

The Monroe Main Street Promotions/Marketing Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. at Cafe Claudeen. Agenda items include 2011 budget.

The City of Monroe Common Council will meet at 6 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include a meeting with Public Administrative Associates and discussion on city administrator position, and any necessary action.

The Monticello School District Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the high school band room. Agenda items include discussion of collective bargaining with MEA and determine final offer for arbitration.

The Monticello School District Technology Committee will meet at 7:45 p.m. or following the special board meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the high school band room. Agenda items include Smart Board acquisition and installation.

The Monroe Main Street Promotions/Events and Promotions/Marketing committees will meet jointly at 5:15 p.m. at Cafe Claudeen. Agenda items include ideas for 2011 events.

Thursday, July 29

The Juda School District Buildings & Grounds Committee will meet at 5 p.m. in the district office. Agenda items include a tour of the school district facilities.

The Monticello, Juda and Albany school districts ad hoc committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the Monticello high school band room. Agenda items include exploratory discussion of possible sharing of services and increasing inter-district collaboration. A possible quorum of board members from each district may be in attendance. No action will be taken.
