The Green County Ag and Extension Education Committee will meet at 12:30 p.m. in the lower level of the justice center. Agenda items include discussion on groundwater quality trends data proposal and on buyout of 20 percent time of a position with Leadership Wisconsin.

The Lafayette County Land Conservation Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the county courthouse. Agenda items include field staff reports and an update on the groundwater protection study. 

The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the first floor conference room of the county courthouse. Agenda items include discussion and possible action regarding grant application and acceptance procedures and discussion and possible action regarding restructure compensation package and addressing county structure.

The New Glarus Ad Hoc Facilities Committee will meet at 3:30 p.m. in the Village Hall board room, 319 2nd St. Agenda items include discussion of village hall reconfiguration options and a study proposal. 

The New Glarus Public Library Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the New Glarus Village Hall board room. Agenda items include discussion and consideration of the library building project.

The Monroe Salary and Personnel Committee will meet at 5 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall. Agenda items include recommendation of wages for 2019.

The Wisconsin River Rail Transit Commission will meet at 10 a.m. at the Dane County Highway Garage, 2302 Fish Hatchery Rd, Madison. Agenda items include discussion of a 2018 legal invoice and audit engagement.

The New Glarus Library Board of Trustees will meet for a special meeting at 8:50 a.m. in the Village Hall board room, 319 2nd St. Agenda items include a closed session interview for the library director position.  


Wednesday, January 9

The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the sheriff’s office. Agenda items include review of emergency management updates and jail population.


Thursday, January 10

The Green County Family YMCA will host its annual meeting alongside the YMCA Foundation at the Monroe District Administrative Center in the public library. Agenda items include annual reports from both groups.


Wednesday, January 16

The Green County Human Services Board Audit Subcommittee will meet at 2 p.m. in a second floor conference room of the Government Services Building. Agenda items include open session audit of bills for payment and closed session audit of client-specific bills for payment.
