The Monroe Salary and Personnel Committee will meet at 6:40 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include a proposal by Rex Ewald to revert to outside council and an appointment of an acting director of public works.

The Monroe Common Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include an update on the comprehensive plan project and options related to future city hall remodel project.



Wednesday, January 20

The Monroe Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners will meet in the city hall basement. Agenda items will include consideration of extending flag football and discussion of a disc golf tournament.



Thursday, January 21

The Town of Monroe Monthly Business Meeting will meet at 1 p.m. in the Town Hall, N3302 Monroe Road, Monroe. Agenda items include a discussion of reports and updates on summer road work and the 10-year comprehensive plan.

The Village of New Glarus Plan Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include discussion of the site plan review for Transect and the building inspector report.

The Green County Tri-County Trail Commission will meet at 7 p.m. in the Green County Courthouse, Monroe. Agenda items will include a discussion of the DNR grant, funding and updates.



Friday, January 22

The Pecatonica Rail Transit Commission will meet at 1 p.m. in the Green County courthouse, second-floor courtroom, 1016 16th Ave., Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of WSOR, WisDOT, trail commission and PRTC reports.

An informational meeting regarding the reorganization of UW Extension in Lafayette, Grant, Green and Iowa counties will meet at 1 p.m. at the Town Bank, 15815 Wisconsin 81, Darlington, to gather information and comment upon a subject matter over which the Green County Ag and Extension Education Committee may take further action. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Green County committee may attend, even though the Committee will not take formal action at this meeting.
