The Town of Wiota Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the Woodford Fire Station. Agenda items include the adoption of the 2012 budget and the consideration of the employee compensation adjustments for 2012.

The Green County Land Use and Zoning Committee will meet at 2 p.m. in the basement conference room at the Courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of the 2011 and 2012 budgets and an update on non-metallic mining.

The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at the Sheriff's office, 2827 6th St. Agenda items include a review of the jail's population and medical issues and an update on the recent seizure of Great Dane dogs.

Wednesday, December 14

The Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board Ad Hoc Audit Committee will meet at 3 p.m. at the Edelweiss Chalet Country Club, W4764 Edelweiss Rd., New Glarus. Agenda items include review of the 2010-11 DRAFT Audit Report and the PY 2011-12 DWD Fiscal Monitoring Process.

The Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board will meet at 4 p.m. at the Edelweiss Chalet Country Club, W4764 Edelweiss Rd., New Glarus. Agenda items include consideration of the board's bylaws.

The Green County Land and Water Conservation Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the Justice Center with the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and Town Representatives to review individual town draft maps of possible farmland preservation areas.
