Monday, Dec. 13

The Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee will meet at 3 p.m. in the County Board Room, Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include possible action in regards to code changes to in the agricultural district and possible action in regards to administrative process for agritourism and agri-stores.

The Lafayette County Human Services will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Ames Road Multi-Purpose Building. Agenda items include Fiscal Report and Director’s Report.

The Black Hawk School District will meet at 7 pm in the Upper Commons.

Tuesday, Dec. 14

The Audit Subcommittee of the  Green County Human Services Board will meet at 1 p.m. in the Government Services Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room # 207. Agenda items include Audit bills for payment and Closed session.

The Lafayette County Law Enforcement Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Sheriff’s Office Conference Room. Agenda items include Jail Intercom System and COVID Video Technology for the Court.

The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet at 5:45 p.m. in the Green County Sheriff’s Office Training Center. Agenda items include Review and approve Emergency Management updates and Review and approve public safety and department updates.

The Green County Personnel and Labor Relations Committee will meet at 5:45 p.m. in the Green County Courthouse, Second Floor Conference Room. Agendas items include closed session and travel requests. 

The Green County Fiance and Accounting Committee will meet at 6:15 p.m. in the Second Floor Conference Room, next to county boardroom. Agenda items include discussion resolutions 12-1-21 and 12-2-21. 

The Green County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. in the County Boardroom of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include Consider Resolution 12-1-21 and Consider Resolution 12-2-21.

Wednesday, Dec. 15

The Green County Auditing, Bonding and Claims Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the Fiance Room of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include closed session and departmental requests.  

The Green County Board of Adjustment will meet at 7 p.m. in the County Board Room, Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include Virtual site visit and Conduct hearing.

Thursday, Dec. 16

The Lafayette County Highway Safety will meet at 10 a.m. in the mes Road Multi-Purpose Building. Agenda items include discussion of accident facts and figures and discussion on Amish buggy identification and registration. 

Friday, Dec. 17

The South Central Library System Board of Trustees will meet at 12:15 p.m. in the SCLS Headquarters. Agenda items include SCLS Foundation Report and the Administrative Council (AC) Report.
