Tuesday, August 8

TheGreen County Property, Parks and Insurance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the second-floor conference room of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on leased farmland and county properties.

The Green County Human Services Board will meet at 2 p.m. in the administrative conference room of the government services building. Agenda items include action and information regarding committee reports and action on the opioid crisis response grant.

The Green County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. in the county board room of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include considering a moratorium on animal feedlot permitting.

The Monroe Joint Review Board will meet at 4 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include discussion of board responsibilities and annual review of PE-300 reports of Tax Increment Districts 4-8.



Wednesday, August 9

The Green County Law Enforcement/Public Safety Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the sheriff's training office of the Green County Sheriff's Department. Agenda items include a review of emergency management updates and jail population and medical issues.

A majority of Monroe Common Council members and various city committee members may be present at a riibbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. at Kwik Trip, 720 8th Avenue.

The Monroe Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include a public hearing regarding proposed project plans for TIDs 9 and 10 and discussion of the zoning map draft.

The New Glarus Parks and Recreation Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the village hall board room. Agenda items include general discussion of the 2018 department budget.

The New Glarus Public Works/Public Safety Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the billage hall board room. Agenda items include discussion of the 2018 police department budget and an update on utility financials.

The Juda School District Collaboration and Finance Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at the Juda School. Agenda items include review of staff salaries.

The Juda School Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the Juda School. Agenda items include treasurer and financial reports and approval of contract agreement for director of pupil services.

The Brodhead School District Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the district office board room. Agenda items include an overview of 2017 summer school and approval of 2017-18 staff handbooks.

The Argyle School Board will meet at 3 p.m. in the JP Cullen Job Site Trailer, Argyle. Agenda items include discussion of infrastructure and new building project and other.



Thursday, August 10

The Senior Citizens Board will meet at 3:30 p.m. at Behring Senior Center. Agenda items include action on exercise equipment purchase and discussion of names for the center's new YouTube show.

The Green County Solid Waste Management Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the waste management office. Agenda items include an update on Revolution Plastics and discussion of changes to user contracts and billing.

The Green County Pleasant View Nursing Home Oversight Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the administrator office of the Pleasant View Nursing Home. Agenda items include financial reports and a phase one design update.



Monday, August 14

The Green County Public Library Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the Brodhead Public Library. Agenda items include the budget and board objectives.

The Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. in the basement conference room of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include review of zoning department bills and possible action regulating wind energy.



Tuesday, August 15

The Green County Human Services Board Audit Subcommittee will meet at 3 p.m. in the second-floor conference room of the Government Services Building. Agenda items include convening in closed session to evaluate client bills for payment and approval of bills in open session.



Wednesday, August 16

The Green County Auditing, Bonding & Claims Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the Finance Conference Room of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include audit of client specific bills in closed session.



Friday, August 18

There will be a closed-session collective bargaining meeting for the Green County Sheriff's Department at 9:30 a.m. in the Green County Corporation counsel's office.
