The School District of Juda Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. in the school learning commons. Agenda items include updates on staffing and discussion of early college credit. 

Thursday, August 9

The Lafayette County Human Resource Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the board room at the county courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of refilling a public health nurse position at the Health Department and refilling the chief financial office position at Memorial Hospital.

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the conference room of the Highway Department. Agenda items include discussion on a building update and equipment updates.

The Natural Resource Conservation Service Local Work Group will meet at 10 a.m. in the Brooklyn Community Center. Agenda items include identification of local conservation needs and purpose of the management team. 

The Green County Collective Bargaining Committee will meet at 3 p.m. in the Corporation Counsel’s Office, Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St., Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of initial proposals for the Green County Sheriff’s department negotiations.

Friday, August 10

The Wisconsin River Rail Transit Commission will meet at 10 a.m. in the Dane County Highway Garage, 2302 Fish Hatchery Rd. Agenda items include a report from the Department of Transportation and discussion of the 2019 draft budget.

Monday, August 13

The Sylvester Town Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall.

Wednesday, August 15

The Green County Local Emergency Planning Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at Orchid Monroe LLC, 350 21st St. Agenda items include election of a chairperson and nomination of new members.

The Lafayette County Audit Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the county clerk’s office. Agenda items include discussion and action on audit of bills.

Thursday, August 16

The Audit Subcommittee of the Green County Human Services Board will meet at 1 p.m. for open session and 1:20 p.m. for closed session. Agenda items include open session audit of bills for payment and closed session audit of client-specific bills for payment.

The Library Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. at Monroe Public Library.

Tuesday, August 21

The Green County Collective Bargaining Committee will meet at 1 p.m. in the Corporation Counsel’s Office, Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St., Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of Green County Sheriff’s department negotiations in closed session.
