Wednesday, April 19 The Town of Monroe Open Book will be from 10 a.m. to noon in the Town Hall. The tax roll will be available for inspection and personnel will be available to answer questions. The Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners will meet at 5:15 p.m. at the city parks garage.
