JUDA - Green County deputies cited nine people for underage possession/consumption of alcohol following a disturbance at a party Saturday night in Juda.
Deputies were dispatched shortly after 11 p.m. to a residence on Washington Street for a report of an assault occurring. On arrival, deputies found a large underage party. The following individuals were cited for underage possession/consumption of alcohol and released pending court: Mikaila D. Zimmerman, 18, Juda; Kortney M. Rucker, 19, Brodhead: Ashley J. Kollatz, Monroe; Michyl L. Wilde, 20, Monroe; Alex J. Price, Brodhead; Jacob M. Wilson, 18, Brodhead; Jordan E. Douglas, 19, Brodhead; Mason T. Obermann, 18, Brodhead; and an unidentified 16-year-old male from Brodhead. Marcus J. Phiffer, 18, Brodhead, was also cited for underage possession/consumption of alcohol and jailed on a probation warrant. Jared W. Monte-Hayden, 17, Juda, was cited for underage possession/consumption of alcohol, possession of THC and drug paraphernalia, and jailed on a charge of resisting arrest.
