MONROE — SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group is offering a COVID-19 Vaccine Event on Tuesday, Nov. 30. The event will run from 4-7 p.m. at the New Glarus clinic, located at 1800 Second Street.  

The following COVID-19 vaccines will be available: 

● Pfizer Pediatric vaccine for ages 5-11. These individuals must be available to return in three weeks for a second dose.

● Moderna COVID-19 booster for eligible individuals who received their last dose at least 6 months ago. Boosters are available for people 65 years of age or older, residents of long-term care facilities and congregate living facilities, those 18-64 years of age with certain underlying medical conditions and individuals whose occupations put them at high risk for exposure to COVID-19.
