DARLINGTON — To celebrate National EMS Week, Darlington Area EMS, Inc. will host its annual Picnic and Open House from 5 to 7 p.m. May 20, but with a twist due to COVID-19. Members will be hosting a drive-thru in front of the station at 127 W. Louisa Street. 

Residents are encouraged to stop by between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in their vehicles or on foot for a carry-out. To support local farmers, the menu includes brats, hotdogs, cheese, chips and milk. There is no cost for the meal, but members will accept donations.
