The National Historic Cheesemaking Center has welcomed two new arrivals. The lovely lady represents the cheesemaker’s wife, often not licensed but almost always an active participant in the cheese making business. Barbara Grabow made her dress, apron and kerchief. The cheesemaker replaces a mannequin donated by the late Paul Paulson.
