Milk hauler Peter Schroeder uses two teams of horses to deliver cans of milk to the Helvetia Condensing Company plant in New Glarus, Wis. 

The Helvetia Condensing Company — later called Pet Milk — operated the condensing plant in New Glarus from 1910 to 1962.
