This photo of the students having fun while attending Martintown School was taken about 1936. This school was located at W232 Martintown Road from the time the property was purchased for $1 in 1871 until it closed in 1962. Randy Wyssbrod then purchased the property and remodeled the school into the home that he has lived in for more than 50 years.
