MONROE - Susan Myoyu Andersen, Roshi, will present an introductory class on Zen meditation from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 13 at Great Plains Zen Center, W7762 Falk Road.
The suggested donation cost is $25 or $15 for seniors, students and special circumstances. Pre-registration is requested.
Participants will receive instruction in how to do Zen meditation and will learn about the types and goals of Zen practice, the benefits, and how to keep practice at home going successfully. The class is open to the public.
