MONROE — Register for the in-person Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) Training on April 5 at Blackhawk Technical College, 210 4th Avenue, Monroe. The event begins at 9 a.m., but please arrive by 8:45 a.m. Registration costs $3 and a pre-test must be completed.
