Young Professionals meet, elect new board members

MONROE - The Young Professionals of Green County (YP of GC) met for their first formal group elections on Monday, Aug. 31. This year's upcoming events were discussed; the board of directors was elected as well as the organization's officers.

The newly elected board of directors are: Brandi Camron, Pampered Chef; Lindsay Jubeck, Swiss Colony; Lisa Schickert, Swiss Colony; Lori Rodefeld, Blackhawk Technical College; and Matt Smith, Swiss Colony.

The newly elected officers are: Melisa Schmidt-Kjerstad, Juda Grain, Inc., president; Ryan Ziltner, Hedeman Real Estate, vice president; Marci Boss, Roth Kase, secretary; Tory Tullis-Zettle, Swiss Colony, treasurer.

The Young Professionals of Green County was established in 2007 as a social networking organization for young individuals living and working in the county. The group meets monthly for planned networking and learning events. Young Professionals promotes Green County as viable and exciting place for a young people to live, work and play.
