On Monday, April 8, the Young Americans 4-H Club held their meeting at the Green County Humane Society. Member families brought Wish List Donations for the Humane Society as a Community Service. As part of our meeting, Humane Society Executive Director Erin Emery spoke to the group about the Humane Society, including what it means to be a “no-kill shelter.” After our meeting was finished, Ms. Emery gave the group a tour of the facility, giving information about the animals and answering questions along the way.
