MONROE - Living Well, a workshop that meets once a week for six weeks, will be starting its next session, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 16 at the Monroe Public Library.

The workshop focuses on helping participants make healthy choices, work with their doctor and make healthy living a priority. It is an interactive program, not a lecture, where people can speak freely and openly.
The cost is $10 per person with scholarships available.
Slots are still open, but pre-registration is required.
