Woods State park has a story to tell

NEW GLARUS - Join the Friends of New Glarus Woods State Park for storytelling around the campfire at 7 p.m., Saturday, in the Chattermark Amphitheater at the New Glarus Woods State Park.

Eileen Horn, who has been active in the Monroe Theatre Guild as an actor and director, will portray characters from the history of the New Glarus Woods. Enjoy the company of Calymene, Fabian and Monty as they share their experiences with you.

This event is free. Parking is available in the State Park with either a daily admission sticker or an annual Wisconsin State Park sticker.

This event is hosted by the Friends of the New Glarus Woods State Park, a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to promoting a greater appreciation and sense of ownership for the New Glarus Woods.
