A check presentation for $6,726.24 was made recently to Boy Scout Troop 180 for partnering with the National Historic Cheesemaking Center in 2018. 

They participated each Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  at the Farmers Market on Monroe’s Historic Downtown Square making and selling master grilled cheese sandwiches with a secret sauce and signature cream puffs. During Cheese Days 2018 the scouts and parents assisted National Historic Cheesemaking Center members and volunteers making it a “win-win” partnership for both organizations.
