MONROE - Kittie May Whitehead, Monroe, will turn 100 years old on Wednesday, June 17.
A 100th birthday party open house is planned from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, June 16, at the Monroe United Methodist Church, 2227 4th St., Monroe.
Her family includes a daughter, Dorothy (Heinz) Beutel, Belleville, two sons, Larry (Mary) Whitehead, Juda, and Norman (Vickie) Whitehead, Monroe. A daughter, Judith Elmer, is deceased. She has numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
All family, friends and well-wishers welcome to attend.
