MONROE - Green County Humane Society will be hosting Whine in the Woods from 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 7 under the forest canopy of Paul and Sue Barrett's cabin, N3802 Wisconsin 59.
Music will be performed by Trio Paisan. Pancho & Lefty's will have appetizers available, and event participants will have the ability to sample wine, craft beer and local cheeses. Artwork and handcrafted items from local artisans will also be available.
The cost is $50 per person. For reservations, contact the shelter at 608-325-9600. There are limited spots available for the event.
