Dr. James and Sharon Schulte, Strawberry Point, Iowa, announce the engagement and wedding of their daughter, Elizabeth Schulte, to Marc Dierickx, son of Craig and Alice Dierickx, Monticello.
The groom is a graduate of Monticello High School, Northeast Iowa Community College in dairy science, and Western Illinois University in animal science. He is currently employed as a Milk Quality Specialist for Aspen Dairy Solutions, Columbus.
The bride is a graduate of Lewis Palmer High School, Monument, Colo.; Northeast Iowa Community College in arboriculture; and Western Illinois University in urban forestry. She is currently employed as an Assistant to the Urban Forestry Coordinator for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Fitchburg.
An outdoor ceremony and reception took place July 2, 2011, at the home of the bride's parents.
