Amy Ostby and Bruce Dickman, both of Argyle, were married Aug. 28, 2010 in a backyard ceremony at their home by attorney Timm Burns. Parents of the bride are Virginia Ostby, Monticello, and the late LaVerne "Sonny" Ostby. Parents of the groom are Herbert and RoseMarie Dickman of Elkhart Lake.
Matron of honor was the bride's friend, Shannon Weeden, New Glarus. Best man was the groom's son, Jerid Dickman, Madison. The groom's children, Lynn, Jerid and Bonita Dickman sang "Grown Old Along With Me," accompanied by Beth Fransen.
Cassie Wickersham, Monticello, and Julie Ostby, Argyle, served as the bride's personal attendants.
A reception was held at Partridge Hall in Argyle. Cutting the cake were the groom's sisters, Sharleen Meinnert and Barbara Mihm. Kirsten Ostby, Miriah Mihm and Ashley Mihm served as gift carriers and cake servers. The dance was held at Flannery's Wilhelm Tell Supper Club in New Glarus.
