Wedding: Hughes-Amacher

Tracey and Kyle Amacher
Tracey Hughes, daughter of David and Laurie Hughes, Blanchardville, and Kyle Amacher, son of Dale and Tracy Amacher, Monroe, were united in marriage on August 1, 2009 at St. Victor Catholic Church in Monroe, officiated by Father Michael Klarer. The wedding reception was held at Peppercorn Catering/Idle Hour Mansion in Monroe.

The maid of honor was Carissa Hughes of Madison. The bridesmaids were Rachel Hughes, Madison, Brittany Amacher, Cottage Grove, and Hayley Werla, Waunakee.

The best man was Jared Schmid, Madison. The groomsmen were Adam Hughes, Madison, Brandon McNett, Eau Claire, and Jeremy Larson, Madison.

The flower girl was Anna McGhee, New Glarus, and the ring bearer was Carson Kurschner, Blanchardville.

John Johnson, Monroe, Jerome Johnson, Lancaster, Ryan Skattum, Soldiers Grove and Ryan Snider, Belleville, served as ushers.

The bride's attendants were her aunts, Debbie Johnson and Diane Skattum, both of Blanchardville. Greeters were the groom's aunt and uncle, Kay and Jerry Hilfiker, Monroe, and the bride's uncle and cousin, Lonny and Jackson Kainz, Pueblo, Colo. Grandparents are Leo and Joanne Kainz, Blanchardville, and Bertha Hughes, Hollandale.

The couple honeymooned in Ocho Rios, Jamaica and currently reside in Madison.
