Wedding: Herrick-Bores

Sheila Herrick and John Bores, both of Saukville, were united in marriage Aug. 16, 2008 at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fredonia. The Rev. Robert Zick performed the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her step-dad, Roger Hale.

Their reception was held at the Fillmore Turner Hall in Fredonia.

Parents of the bride are Lisa and Roger Hale, Monroe, and Darwin Williams, Orangeville. Parents of the groom are Delores Bores, Saukville, and the late Lee Bores.

Staci Herrick served as maid of honor and Heather Hale served as bridesmaid. They both are sisters of the bride.

Ryan Bublitz was best man and Josh Hale, brother of the bride, was a groomsman.

Brian Hodgson and Kim Anton served as ushers. Abby Bores, daughter of the bride and groom, was the flower girl. Tyler Kreeger, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer. Jane Zeal, aunt of the bride, was her personal attendant.

The bride wore a white satin, strapless A-line gown. Her attendants wore white, black and dusty rose gowns.

The groom chose a black tuxedo with white vest and matching tie. His attendants wore black tuxedos with plum vests and matching ties.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Monroe High School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She is office assistant at Hartmann Sand and Gravel.

The groom is a 1994 graduate of Ozaukee High School. He is turf care manager at Unique Services and Lieutenant of Engineers for the Waubeka Fire Department.

The couple reside in Saukville.
