MONROE - A Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate Forum will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, at the Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave.
The forum is open to the public and will give citizens an opportunity to hear the candidates' views before the primary election on May 8.
Confirmed speakers are state Sen. Kathleen Vinehout and Peter Bock who represents Kathleen Falk. Also invited are Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and Secretary of State Doug LaFollette.
Following presentations by each of the speakers, there will be an opportunity to ask questions, followed by refreshments and an informal meet and greet.
The forum will be moderated by Bob Duxstad of Duxstad & Bestul, S.C. and is sponsored by the Democratic Party of Green County.
