MONROE - The Monroe Public Library's Youth Services Department invites children ages 3 to 8 and their families to Valentine Fun, a program of stories and crafts, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 5. There is no charge for this drop-in event and no registration is required.

The Monroe Public Library VolunTEENs will be on hand to help with crafts. Those attending can look forward to making crinkle heart collages, animal friends, pop-up heart cards and sweetheart crowns.
