MONROE - Twas the night before Christmas parade is set for 6 p.m., Friday, Nov. 26. Individuals, Business and Organizations are welcome to participate with an entry. The parade will organize at the Monroe Middle School north side and Monroe school district parking lot before 6 p.m., then proceed around the Square returning to the Monroe school district parking lot.
