MONROE - The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department is offering a tumbling class for children 4 to 8 years of age. The class meets from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Mondays, Jan. 5 through Feb. 16, at Northside gymnasium. The participants will be tumbling, climbing the rope, using a spring board, hula hoops and more. The cost is $23 for residents and $30 for non-residents
