MONROE - Monroe Youth Hockey Association Inc. presents "Taste of SLICE on ICE" fundraiser from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at the StateLine Ice and Community Expo ice arena, 1632 4th Ave. West.
Local wine and beer suppliers will be hosting a taste of featured wines and beers. Food, music and an in-house raffle will be offered. The event raises money for the Monroe Youth Hockey Association.
Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door, and are available at Ruf's, Total Look Hair Salon, Studer's, Old Smokey's and Flanagan's.
