MONROE — Jacob’s SWAG Foundation and Avenues Counseling, LLC have partnered to provide SOS: Survivors of Suicide Support Groups, for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide as well as individuals who have survived a suicide attempt. 

The two separate groups will be held once per month for adults and teens. Adult groups will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. the first Monday of each month beginning April 1. The teen groups will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. the third Monday of each month beginning April 15. Both groups will be located at Avenues Counseling, LLC, 1518 11th St., Ste 1-4, southwest corner of Monroe’s Square.
