MONROE - Wacky Wednesday June 17 brings the Atwood Players Theatre "Create a Play" program to the Monroe Public Library at 1:30 p.m. Wacky Wednesday programs are for students entering first through sixth grades and last for approximately one hour.

The programs are offered as part of Be Creative @ Your Library, the library's theme for its summer reading programs.

Talented actors, Alan and Mary Atwood from Brookfield will bring children's literature to life in an improvisational play. Using hats, props, etc. from their story trunk, the actors will create scenes from children's stories based on the audience's suggestions for characters and situations. All library programs are free and open to students of all abilities. To register and request accommodations, if needed, call the library at 328-7010.
