Kendra Dawn Stowe and Bryan James Atkinson, both of Madison, were married July 27, 2012 in an outdoor ceremony at Palauea Beach in Wailea-Makena, Maui, Hawaii with Rev. Corey Kamuela Rodrigues officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Cindy Stowe, Larsen. Her grandparents are Ivan Morey, West Paris, Maine; the late Edith Morey; late Algernon and Wilma Stowe. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and a master's degree from Winthrop University. The bride is a school psychologist at Prospect Elementary School, Lake Mills.

The groom is the son of Dennis and Elizabeth Atkinson, Albany. His grandparents are Robert and Madeline Atkinson, Albany; the late Robert Schodeberg and the late Clara Mennig. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a process development and manufacturing specialist at Waisman Biomanufacturing of the UW-Madison.

Following the ceremony, a private dinner was held at Nick's Fisherman at The Freemont Inn and Suites in Wailea-Makena, Maui, Hawaii.

A private reception is being held at Brickhouse BBQ, Madison.
