MONROE — The Stateline Women’s Connection and Stonecroft will host a Color My World Luncheon at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Ludlow Mansion, 1417 Mansion Dr. 

The speaker at the luncheon will be Charmel Jacobs, Rockford, Illinois, featuring Katie Boone, of The Apple Blossom Boutique.
