ARGYLE - Adams Lutheran Church will host its annual Syttende Mai celebration at 7 p.m. May 20 at the church, N7148 County A.
John Stenbroten, Monticello, will be presenting a program titled, "Immigration Memories," from Valdres, Norway, to Adams. Carol Bertelrud Griesbach and husband, Lindy, will provide special music.
Lunch will be provided following the program in fellowship hall. There will be Norwegian baked goods, as well as rommegrot and Lefse. A project table will feature homemade baked goods and craft items for sale from the women of the Adams ELCA.
